However, we are happy to assist and offer a replacement in the following cases:

• An incorrect item was delivered

Reporting an Issue

• Share clear images or videos of the issue

Our team will review the request and, once approved, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Please Note

• Products must be unused and in original packaging

• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings may occur

• Size or fit issues are not eligible for return or refund
